Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Charlie’s Luxury Membership. These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern your use of the services provided by Charlie’s. By becoming a member and utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from becoming a member or using any of our services.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is by invitation only and is available to individuals who meet the criteria set by Charlie’s. To apply for membership, you must complete the required application and meet our criteria. Charlie’s reserves the right to refuse membership at its sole discretion.
3. Membership Types
We offer various membership tiers, each with a set of exclusive benefits. These benefits are subject to change and may vary depending on the membership tier chosen. Upon successful membership, you will receive a detailed guide outlining your membership's specific benefits.
4. Membership Fees
Membership fees are set annually or monthly and are payable in advance. The membership fee is non-refundable. All payments must be made via the methods specified by Charlie’s. Failure to pay membership fees may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
5. Services and Access
As a member, you will have access to exclusive services, events, experiences, and destinations that are available through Charlie’s. Your  membership fee is only for the membership all events, accommodation & travel will be given to at an extra cost. These services include, but are not limited to, priority reservations, exclusive events, luxury travel arrangements, and bespoke experiences.
6. Booking and Reservations
All reservations made through Charlie’s must be requested via the appropriate channels, including your designated membership manager. Charlie’s will make every effort to fulfil your requests; however, our grace period for cancellations is 24 hours after then we cannot refund your order, availability is subject to third-party providers and circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any booking cancellations or alterations made by external service providers.
7. Exclusive Events and Access
Charlie’s offers access to private events and experiences, including but not limited to, private parties, VIP events, concerts, fashion shows, and sporting events. Access to these events may be subject to availability and external factors such as event organizers’ requirements, capacity limitations, or other restrictions.
8. Member Conduct
As a member, you are expected to behave respectfully and uphold the reputation and values of Charlie’s. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior at events or during service use may result in the suspension or termination of your membership. Charlie’s reserves the right to terminate any membership at its discretion for conduct that is deemed inappropriate.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy is paramount to Charlie’s. All personal information provided by you will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our privacy policy. Charlie’s will never share your personal details with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide the services you’ve requested.
10. Service Modifications
Charlie’s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or benefit offered to members at any time. This includes changes to events, experiences, and partnerships. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of any significant changes, but cannot guarantee prior notice of all modifications.
11. Liability
Charlie’s will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers, cancellations, delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Charlie’s is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during events, travel, or any experiences organized through our services.
12. Force Majeure
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions), Charlie’s reserves the right to postpone or cancel events, bookings, and services without liability to members.
13. Termination of Membership
Your membership may be terminated by either party with written notice. In the event of termination, you will forfeit any paid membership fees for the remaining membership period. Membership may be terminated immediately for any breach of these Terms or for any behavior deemed inappropriate by Charlie’s.
14. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with Charlie’s remain the exclusive property of Charlie’s or its licensors. Members are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute these materials without express written consent.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Charlie’s and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the membership or any services provided by Charlie’s, including legal fees, arising from any breach of these Terms or any actions that violate the rights of others.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Charlie’s operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.
17. Amendments to Terms
Charlie’s reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be communicated to members in writing. By continuing to use the services, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
